Quick Possession Homes are homes that we have built from start to finish and are completed and ready to purchase. Personalized Homes are homes that are partially built and are ready for you to individualize from the rough-in stage onward. Custom Homes are homes that start from a blank canvas or by modifying one of our existing models.

A Personalized Home provides a jump start in the build process by approximately 6 months. This is because the initial design, permitting, foundation and framing have already been completed, so you can start individualizing at the rough-in stage. The rough-in stage is where wiring and plumbing installations are completed, prior to closing up the walls and ceilings with wallboard.
