We are the only custom home builder to provide a personal interior designer exclusive to your project. We know your time is valuable, so our designers bring the selections to you. However, it is not just about colours, fabrics, and materials; we seek to understand how each family member will utilize the spaces in your home and create a living environment that is expressly tailored to your family. We take into consideration not only how you want to live in your home presently, but also in the future and use this information to proactively design. This service is valued at $10,000.

Maintenance Free Homes

Once you invest in a home of this caliber, it is our belief that you shouldn’t be saddled with added expenses throughout the lifetime of your New West home. Many homes are built with low grade materials that then require repairs or replacement.  Our homes are built to last from the foundation up, using the highest quality, sustainable, interior and exterior building materials. This is also a testament to our commitment to the environment and our efforts to reduce building materials ending up in the landfill.
