Whether you’re ready to transform a dated kitchen, reimagine your main floor, create a more functional space for your family, or undertake a complete luxury renovation, New West Luxury Homes brings the same level of care, craftsmanship and intentional design to renovations that we bring to our custom homes.
A renovation should be about more than making your home look new. It should make your home work better, feel better and support the way you live.
That is why we approach every renovation with our philosophy of Intentional Design, where every decision is purposeful, considered and backed by experience and building science.
We look beyond finishes and aesthetics to understand how you live today, where your home falls short, and how it could better support your life in the years ahead.
The result is a renovation designed to do more than increase your home’s value, it creates lasting, living value, supporting your family’s health and well-being today, with the ability to thoughtfully adapt to your needs as they evolve through the years.
Before
After
When renovating, we look beyond the finishes to the elements behind the walls that influence how your home performs and how you experience it every day. Guided by New West’s Healthy Homes inititiave, we consider opportunities to enhance indoor air quality, ventilation, moisture management, natural and human-centric lighting, healthier material selections and efficient building systems. We also thoughtfully integrate smart technology that can enhance your home’s safety, security, comfort and everyday efficiency. The result is a home designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully responsive to the way you live, supporting the health, wellness and changing needs of your family for years to come. Because what you don’t see can be just as important as what you do.
Beautiful design is only successful when it works for the people who live there.
Our process begins with understanding your lifestyle, routines and priorities. How do you use your kitchen? Where does your family naturally gather? What frustrates you about the current layout? What might you need five, ten or twenty years from now?
Those answers shape spaces that are both highly functional and distinctly yours.
A luxury renovation requires more than good design and skilled trades. It takes experience coordinating the many moving parts of a complex project and the ability to see the bigger picture.
We bring our experienced professionals and trusted trade and supplier relationships to every renovation. With one team overseeing the project from concept through completion, you have continuity, communication and accountability throughout the process.
A luxury renovation shouldn’t be about choosing the most expensive finishes. It should be about making smart decisions that deliver value long after the project is complete.
We guide you in thoughtfully selecting materials and finishes that offer durability, performance, efficiency, longevity and maintenance-free options, that are designed stand the test of time.
The best renovations don’t simply solve today’s problems. They anticipate tomorrow.
Whether you’re planning for a growing family, aging in place, requiring better accessibility, interested in seamless technology, looking to incorporate more natural light or a home that is easier to maintain, these considerations can be part of the design from the beginning.
Renovation can feel overwhelming. There are countless decisions, moving pieces and unknowns. Our job is to simplify the experience.
From the initial conversation and design through construction and completion, our team creates a clear path forward and a finished home that feels unmistakably yours.
