Featuring a modern line of HiKuBlack solar panels and industry leading solar microinverter technology, this home is a model for forward thinking sustainability. Reducing energy costs, while benefiting the environment is typically what inspires homeowners to make the decision to install solar panels in their home build. Solar panels also have minimal maintenance costs and do tend to appreciate home values. The latest model of solar panels installed in our show home are aesthetically pleasing and offer more power with a low temperature coefficient (Pmax) of -0.35 % / °C, with better shading tolerance. Considered a more reliable choice, they feature a lower internal current and lower spot temperature, which minimizes micro-crack impacts. They are conducive to our colder climate with a heavy snow load up to 5400 Pa and wind load up to 3600 Pa.
